"Jose Corado was very prompt, pleasant and diligent in making certain that we were satisfied with his service. Jose reconfigured the wireless system in the house so that my wireless is much better now. We had some problems because of the Comcast Cable set-up. Jose was so very helpful in working with Comcast to change the cable access to the modem. He diagnosed the Comcast problem and then worked with the Comcast technician. Jose also installed a new universal remote for our main TV.
