"The contractor made contact with me after my intitial evaluation and corrected the issues that we had. Given the fact that he took responsibility to correct the issues, other than a refund money for work repeated, I would recommend that he would be a good provider of service. I would, however, monitor the work as it is being done to make sure that you are getting what was discussed initially and make sure that he makes you aware of any added expense prior to the work being done. I would further make the recommendation that you not make the final payment for the woek done until the job has been completed to your satisfaction."
