"i talked to Chim/sol on the phone and since I have a fairly new pre-fab metal chimney he asked if I had more that a 1/4 inch build-upand if I did not I wouldn't need his services. I checked at the flue area and it appeared to not have any significant build-up.I,since went to the top of the chimney where I thought it would build-up more do to the cooler temps was negligible. a less honest/reputable co. might have tried to do the job knowing I was not familier with this type of work,Thans to all involved,R.Zeek "
