"I took three bids, the other two contractors didn't come out to see the job. This contractor did send someone out to look at the work, and their bid was significantly less than the others who bid sight unseen. They did a very good job, leaving our home clean and in good condition. They handled getting the results of the air quality test back to us the next day so we could complete the replacement of our heater and ducts on schedule."

"The project involved removing asbestos and approx. 22ft of ductwork in attic for new furnace/air conditioner. Charles E. was very helpful in explaining the process and answering questions both during the initial site visit and thereafter. He even raised a concern with having an unsealed cold air return, an issue that hadn't been identified by any of the HVAC vendors who had come in. This led us to have some really useful discussions with the HVAC company and proactively address what could have become an issue during the inspection process. The work crew completed the job in half a day and kept the site clean. We're very satisfied."
