"They subcontract out, but had the best bid. Replaced gutters and downspouts, quoted downspouts as 3x3. Installed 2x3. I had to call and let them know that was not terms of the contract. They eventually came out and made it right, but took over a week. They dropped the correct downspouts off on a Friday night and they sat there in my lawn over Memorial Day Weekend to ultimatelly finally be put up Wednesday. I was told everyday from Friday on that they would be put up that day. Apparently, it was an issue with getting the contractor out to the house. The end product was good, just should not take 2 weeks for less than a 4 hour job."
