"Better care in removing the existing lawn would have helped so when finished laying drain pipe the dirt and sod could have been placed back taking less time to look natural again. Doing this would eliminate the homeowner spending time to put grassseed down and/or reracking area to look undisturbed. Informing homeowner of the dust problem during demoliition would help, AC could have been turned off , area could have been completely gutted. Salesperson needs to address the electricy needed to complete job. "
