"I hired Arturo Vasquez to repair a master bathroom shower that was leaking into the kitchen below. Arturo took a look at the problem and knew exactly now to fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He removed the grout around the base of the shower floor and filled it with epoxy, then covered the epoxy with a matching silicone sealant. The price was reasonable and he offered me a guarantee on the work. If there was any more leaking he would come back to fix it. I would definitely recommend Arturo to anyone looking for this kind of work."

"MLP construction did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. Mark and Noel are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They produce high quality work and their prices are reasonable. Mark made some recommendations that improved the overall look of the bathroom. As the project progressed, we wanted to make some additional changes and Mark was flexible enough to accommodate our requests. I very happy with the final product and we will be using MLP for another bathroom remodel next year.
