He stayed in touch, and when he was running late on Monday, let me know before the fact, feedback you almost never find. When he arrived, he and his assistant went right to work. They explained problems and offered choices. They worked quickly and efficiently. Only negatives -- the exhaust fan needed a 5 minute fix, and Mr. Moreno mumbles on phone and live.
