"The estimator was great and gave us detailed information on what needed to be done and why. The prices were higher than I expected and it was disappointing that they didn't offer a reasonably priced battery back-up to their sump pump. The battery they offered was over $1,000 (well more than the cost of the pump). There are other alternatives... they just didn't offer them. The work was done well. I would have appreciated more communications on the status. I asked for status updates upon completion of the job but never got one (since this is a rental and I don't live there). I am still waiting a call back to get the status. "
