He knew right away what to do about our roofing/siding repair job. He stayed right on the price quote he gave us, and did it within the timeframe we all agreed on. He even did an extra little repair job that I had just noticed needed to be done, happily, with no extra charge. He even worked through the streak of bad weather we just had!
