Comment: Water leaking from roof into bathroom and closet very near to bathroom exhaust fan. Leakage occurs when raining so appears to enter exhaust fan pipe which exits through the roof. I have inspected the roof exhaust pipe and there appears to be no leakage from shingles or flashing around exhaust pipe so water must enter exhaust pipe and then leak. Water is damaging closet ceiling and bathroom ceiling on second floor. Need expert to check exhaust fan pipe and exhaust fan housings to make sure that they are not the cause of the water leaks.
