"Iron Horse responded very quickly and came to the house to give us the estimate, but we failed to have them detail what was included. The next day when the water heater was replaced both lines were in poor shape -- they replaced one, but failed to even offer to replace the second one for a fee. The worker waited until he was "done" to point it out to me and explain that only the water heater and line he replaced would be covered by warranty. When we contacted them they said it would be $75 for them to replace the second one. We would recommend them, but find out specifically what is included with the estimate"
