"Well overall my experience was good(eventhough job not complete yet) . only reason for a 4 rating and not a 5 is because I asked for last Friday off work so that I could be home for technician to complete work before noon...when noon rolled around and he hadn't shown yet, I called only to find out he couldn't do the job that day as agreed and did not have his contacts with him in order for him to call me and let me know....I was a little dissapointed in that aspect, as I too needed to get things done that day....he has however been willing to come finish the job even after hours if need be....to be continued...."
