"The salesman who arrived first seemed genuinely interested in identifying and solving my problems. It turns out that I did not have termites, but another wood boring insect. There was evidence of previous termite damage and treatment at the residence, which was purchased 'as is' from an estate. He offered a plan with affordable quarterly payments to take care of the current and future problems. I am happy and can rest assured i will be taken care of. (And, it didn't cost me $1200+ which is what other companies wanted.)"
