"First of all I really don't agree with their method of charging; he has blocks of hours that you pay for and depending on how many people he thinks he will need to complete the job the charge for hours is 2x or 3x the hours charged, seems a bit ridiculous to me. because in my case one of the workers were late so how do they determine that. I did get a prorated amount but who is to say that's fair. But nevertheless from what my husband says they did a good job. They were not provided the information i faxed to the owner so they had to keep calling my work asking questions"
