I still had to pay the original estimate, but he spent over 4 hours trying to solve the problem and stayed until the city worker arrived so that he could explain the details for me. I would definitely hire Jim again for a smaller project and had the problem been less extensive than it was (digging up my driveway), I feel confident that he could have handled it and the price would have been reasonable."
