"They were very prompt. Once the the workmen arrived they were courteous, explained what was going to happen. They removed the old product and did an excellent clean-up. Once the job was finished, they explain the warranties that I had, also, they made sure that I had all the certificates for the energy discount. They wanted to make sure that I did not have any questions before they left. My windows and door is an excellent product and my house looks great."

"Someone answered the phone when I called (a real person!) and set up a time to evaluate the project. I had great communication with the handyman assigned (Matt). It was a tricky project, with a lot of unknowns. Someone else had already told me it couldn't be fixed. Whenever Matt ran into a dead end, he'd come up with another thing to try. He was able to fix the problem. Repair instead of replacement saved me at least $1500! I am really happy with the service. "
