"They came out to do the estimate and explained everything they would do in great detail. There was no pressure sales tactics. He promised to be out that following Monday if I decided to hire them and he was. Worked until it was almost dark and called me the next day to come back and touch up old tuckpointing that we had discussed when he did my estimate. It was done years ago and was a rather sloppy job and he made it look a bit more presentable. We then did a total walk-around to go over everything that was done and he was more than willing to go over any areas that were missed or needed more touch-ups."
