He listened carefully to concerns we had about some "paint bleed" on interior walls and determined it was a ventilation problem. He was (the) high bid, but with very good reason. He cut five new vents for the roof, and installed some baffles in the attic. Clearly explained and proved to me he knew what the issues were. We had major storm damage to our property one week after Midwest Homes completed their work. Everything they did came through that storm unscathed. That was proof of their quality of work to us. "

"The work was complete about a week ago, so I can't speak to the durability of the repair, but I have no reason to doubt it. The bidding process was extremely good. The communication, investigation of the problem, and explanation of the repair was great! The one thing I wish would have been better was giving me a heads up before going to the property to do the repair. I could have given my tenants a heads up and made sure they were prepared. That would have been a better customer experience. Overall though, things went well. Thanks!"
