"JOB WAS DELAYED BECAUSE OF WEATHER BUT ONCE WEATHER CLEARED UP JOB WAS DONEQuickly AS PLANNED AND IT LOOKS GOOD. THE ONLY ADDED CHARGES FROM ESTIMATE WERE UPGRADES WE ASKED FOR VERY HAPPY WITH PROJECT AND CONTRACTOR. THINGS THAT KEPT THEM FROM GETTING 5 STARS IS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE HAD THEY CONTACTED US ONCE A WEEK ONCE THE START DATE WAS DELAYED TO LET US KNOW WHEN THEY THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE COMING. ALSO, WOULD HAVE LIKED THE DIRT ESCAVATION TO BE A BIT BETTER. PART OF THIS WAS DUE TO THE WET WEATHER THOUGH."
