"Nice folks. Didn't seem pushy to sell treatment items (which I was sort of waiting for, but it never happened) which was nice. Results were provided in about a week and odor removing/ sanitizing equipment was provided during this period until the results were returned. The equipment definitely helped with the odor, however after reading more about it and info from the EPA website on indoor clean air, I would not permanently use or buy one of these for my home. "
