Besides giving me an estimate, he also ask me my major concern about the roof, I told him that 2 sections of my roof has serious ice dam problem , I was not sure the insulation blocking the soffit vent or not.His crew open those sections of the roof, correct the problem, also install soffit vent chute . The estimate is reasonable, His crew also nice."
