"Joel's staff was courteous and generally quick to do the amount of work that they were hired for. I did have a couple of problems; 1) they left the jobsite without confirming that my tenant had all of their lights back on (a breaker was still off) and 2) I was not informed that they hadn't been cleared with the inspection and 2 of my apartments got shut off and red-tagged by the city while I was trying to rent them out. The issue did get resolved but I was unhappy that I had not been informed of the inspection delay since I had been told the job was complete. This resulted in extra time and stress because of the problems with being able to show units and following up to make sure all was completed. It did get done though and when calls were made Joel was very good about making sure things got done."

"The work was done very well. Randy was the contractor and I was very pleased with him but I'm not sure which compoany he represented. My only problem was that the work I needed done didnot require that degree of expertise (my problem was not knowing what I needed)....therefore the cost was more than was necessary and that is the only reason foe the '2.5' rating on value of money."
