"The company was very responsive, easy to deal with, informative and professional. They did a very thorough, detailed analysis a t no cost and provided a very good quote. The repair went smoothly and they did everything they said they would do. One minor inconvenience was that the carpet was no put back in place the way it was before they started, it was laid down on the floor and but not stretched out and tacked down. This was not clearly pointed out before the work was done."
