"After Direct TV came to do an HD upgrade of my dish and receivers, they told me they couldn't replace my dish because I had a tile roof (and offered to install it on some kind of ugly mast in my yard instead - no thanks). I had Connex do the dish install and they did a great job. I wish they could get discounts on equipment from DTV, as I would have liked to have them do the full install including receivers, but it would have cost me a couple hundred $ more than just having DTV come and swap out my receivers and DVR. "
