They explained everything being done every step of the way and why everything they did was necessary, in the end they showed me video and pictured taken and gave me recommendations on how best to deal with my issues. They were very patient with my many questions, and they made sure there was no mess when they left, they went above board with cleaning every inch of my fireplace even removing the wood remnants I had left in the grate.
