"got a call back within 10 minutes of request and arrived 30 minutes later. diagnosed problem with sump pump within 15 minutes, managed to get a sump pump at 7pm Saturday, installed works fine. looked at our commode, took it apart and found tree roots clogging our sewer line. weeded them out, refit the commode and it's flushing like never before. very pleased and have his number in our file. he gave us a cut in cost per hour which was appreciated - esp considering it was Saturday!"
