"Took longer than originally quoted - flowers were trampled, litter wasn't cleaned up to my satisfaction, cigarette buts in the yard. Patched spot on roof was not explained to my satisfaction. They became very defensive when I questioned why it was patched in such a poor manner. Since learning of my dissatisfaction, the owner has contacted me to make sure I am satisfied with the end results. Ratings have been increased pending completion of the correction. The owner was out of town when the job was completed & I have been out of town since, which is why the project has not been completed. Now that I am back, owner is willing to resolve"
