The job they had to do was not an easy task as it involved repair work following a flood which included a lot of taping, mudding, texturing to match existing dry wall, but they completed the job to perfection. Comment: My husband and I are finishing our basement on a new construction home completed in February 2010. We are doing most of the work ourselves but want to hire out the drywall installation. The basement is about 1,000 sq ft of finished space. It includes a family room, office area, bedroom and bathroom (with a tile surround on the tub). We have been told both that we need greenboard and also that it is only a suggestion so we don't know which you would suggest. Please let me know if you would like to see the space before giving a quote.
