"We originally ordered 6 new windows to be installed. After the sales rep turned in our order, we decided to do two more windows. The sales rep made another trip to our house to measure and place the order. We are very happy with the new windows, the ease of how they open and the clean look they give to the house inside and out. The installers were short one window and we are waiting for it to be installed (aprox one week so far), but they were very courteous and apologetic. They even offered to come back in the evening after they put in their hours for the day on another job to put in the last window. "
