I read all the reviews online about ADT and with the exception of having several different people call me to try to change my appointments to earlier dates/times, so far, the customer service has been great. There were no charges for verifying and setting up my existing equipment including battery replacements and some minor changes to the system setup."

"The person who came to our house to inspect our existing system and to determine what we needed to bring it up to ADt standards was very professional. She took care to understand our needs and concerns, asking lots of questions. She also answered our questions. The installers were also efficient and professional. They took time to explain the system to us and how it worked. It turned out that our VOIP phone was not compatible with ADT communication equipment and the person in charge explained our options to us, enabling us to make an informed judgment "
