"They answered all of my questions on time and with knowledge. Thank you,"

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
City: Austell, GA
"Rep was professional and true but the rates were astronomical, $15,000.00 dollars for a roof replacement is ridiculously high, especially before financing. The materials were only $3200.00. In this economy and in view of our recent disaster It is unethical to charge such a high rate for the roof, especially since it would go much more higher in price if any decking repairs to the roof had to be made and no gutters or fascia boards were included. I have went to a different company that did it all roof tear off, decking repairs, fascia boards around entire home, and they also include edge guards as well and only spent $4500.00 parts and labor."

"Sales Rep was nice, but overall they try to hard sell and are overpriced."

PREPARING FOR YOUR PROJECT

Things to Consider Before You Roofs are the most important part of a home's weatherproofing -- a leaking roof can cause incalculable damage in a relatively short period of time. Often times it is difficult to find a roofer for roof repairs, and it is often necessary to replace a roof rather than repairing it. Most roofs today last 20-30 years, though certain custom roofing materials may have longer or slightly shorter life spans. To find the right contractor for your roofing needs, select you specific project above, answer a few simple questions, and ServiceMagic will match you to prescreened, customer rated roofers in your area. in Alma, Kansas:

  • What is the nature of this project?
  • Select the type of roofing material you want:
  • Are you aware of any leaks or damage to the roof?
  • What is the approximate pitch of your roof?
  • How many stories is your home?
