"Even though I did not use Sierra Norte, I was very happy with the response time that I got. I got a phone call while still on the web. Needless to say my phone was in my vehicle. About 30 minutes later they called back, my phone was still in my vehicle and missed their call and messages. In the mean time I fixed my switcplate myself. All it was was a couple of loose screws causing the spark. I'am very impressed that they called twice in 30 minutes. Just goes to show that they care about their customers. If I do ever need an electrician they will be the first to get a call. Thanks."
