Derek was courteous and professional and took notes as we walked him through the various roof repairs that we wanted. Derek also offered to check out the rest of the roof to see if there were other issues. Others may have taken advantage and come up with extra work but Derek found no other issues. His estimate was very reasonable and we agreed to start work the following week. He completed the job on time, cleaned up all the mess and billed me exactly what was quoted. He's great"
