"The cleaning process was very good. The smell was a little overwelming. The representative was very professional and took care of our property. At the last moment I added my carpet to be clean also and he did it with no problem. I will use them again. They also have a good warranty with there service. If you have a spill on your carpet after it was clean, they will come back out to clean it again up to 3 times within 3 months. Wonderful !"

"Fiber Clean is does a good job if the draperies are not very dirty. It reminds me of spot cleaning. Since I vacumn my draperies there wasn't much dirt on the cloth that was used. It would probably be feasible to have Fiber Clean maintain the draperies every two or so years to keep them clean. The serviceman was very personable."
