"Materials were fine, overall structural parts fine. Work was sloppy: downspout on front of house extended beyond splash block; downspout was installed unevenly and strap was smashed with a hammer (right at eye level on our historic house that sits directly on the street); a 3" strainer was placed upside down over a 4" round downspout, allowing debris to get through in rains. They will need to return to correct these and other shortcomings."
