"We are happy we hired IQC. Although they aren't senior in age, they are professional and really know what they are doing, which is confirmed by our architect friend. They repaired the cedar siding around the chimney and near the deck. They even helped us caulk and paint places that are not on the contract but on our to-do list, and helped us clean the gutters for free. They always give you email note beforehand about the time they arrive to work, and took pictures of the project and updated right to your email. If they themselves are not 100% happy, they would re-do the work before you point it out. We will hire them again for future works."
