"I wanted a new outlet installed. Mr. Matos responded within an hour of my going online, which pleased me. He gave me the options on installing, and I chose one. He was friendly, accomplished the work quickly, and was extremely professional. He also checked out my doorbell which is not working, and found the problem. The electricity is fine, the doorbell unit itself is not working. I realized I can replace that unit myself, and he showed me what I would need to do. All in all he was wonderful and I would definitely recommend him."

"Rich was very helpful in explaining the repairs needed and he also showed a similar place that needed protection. The price was competitive - further, when we hired them, Ken and Rich also helped out with other minor repairs in the house. The only thing I would have liked is the option to buy materials such as the door. Overall, we were very happy with the service and in fact, we have already used them one more time."
