Comment: We have a DryVit stucco & cultured stone home built in 2002. There are some holes/pitting (I think due to woodpeckers) in one of the tall fluted columns on the front porch. There is some chipping,cracking & buckling in several spots, mostly on the southern & western sides of the home. There is some slight sinking of the front porch which opened a slight gap around the caulking between the porch and the stucco siding. Also, there is a patch of the cultured stone near the foundation which has fallen off and needs to be replaced.
