He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what needed to be done, detailed the cost and time to finish before proceeding with the job. He was friendly & efficient. He even provided us a free part because we needed to do a little extra to make access to where he needed to go. He climbed under our dirty stairs & fixed our noisy pipe problem. Awesome service, quality job, & didn't cost as much as we thought. Nate is great!"
