I want to find a company who can a) routinely service and inspect the existing pump to keep it in good order b) suggest any other measures to ensure the sump system doesn't fail (a second pump as backup?). Had a company from out of town come by for this purpose and was very dissatisfied with the service - would like to find someone I can trust & rely on.
