Comment: It is just replacing the rubber shower sweep on the bottom of a glass shower stall that seemingly NO-ONE else has been able to swap out. I've lived here 23 years and have done this many times w/o problems, but I have called, I had people come in, I have searched the internet, etc. I have cleaned out and buffed out the metal tract and still everyone is baffled. We are disabled and have be without our walk-in shower since spring of 2011 !!!! Nearly one year !!!! Forcing us to use the shower in the tub, which caused me to have an awful fall, injuring myself and causing a concussion, among other injuries. Can you fix or advise? PLEASE.....
