Comment: New home construction. The first phase of the house will be three bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The second phase will add one more bedroom and one more full bath. Right now I only need estimates for the first phase but with sizing planned for the addition. We will be on well and septic. The kitchen will have 1 regular sink and probably 1 additional smaller sink. We also want a pot filling outlet over the stove. The refrigerator will have water and ice service. Nothing too fancy planned for the master bath. The shower and tub will be separate, and there will be two separate sinks. The same for the second full bath upstairs. I've talked to a couple of people and it seems like the best hot water solution is a large electric conventional water heater coupled with a gas tankless backup. We will need 2-3 exterior hose bibs.
