Comment: I have four basement windows - all contractor-grade aluminum in horrible shape - that need to be replaced. I am considering glass-block windows for grill-free security and light with privacy. I'd like to find out the price of the windows including installation.
Comment: Have two basement windows (look out into respective window wells) that are regular window pane glass that crank open. They are hosted in the top of a poured concrete foundation. Want to remove the existing windows and fill the window spaces with good looking solid glass or acrylic blocks. No moving parts. Just fill the two openings with blocks from edge to edge of the window space.
Comment: Currently have 2 small windows and 1 large window located in front of my home. 2 of the windows are badly cracked so it would be either get replacement windows or to come up with something different and I was thinking of having glass block installed at least where the large window is which is a non-moving/opening window. If I could get another idea to replace the 2 side windows as glass block windows but would open, that might work.
