Comment: Replace top surface layer of non-skid coating (presumed to be an epoxy): horizontal, flat, exterior deck area is plywood with two layer water proof coating. Top layer is graded thickness (max ~3/16") for runoff but is cracking and peeling up and away from bottom layer. No signs of water leakage through bottom layer. Need top layer removed and new layer applied to protect bottom layer without damaging water resistance. Approximately 75 sq ft U shape area. Priority is to not damage water proof layer and to provide physical protection for it.
