Comment: My husband and I have recently purchased a condo in South Burlington. However, the previous owner was a VERY heavy smoker, and the unit needs a VERY good cleaning before it is livable(a) because it smells and b) I have very bad allergies). Everything about this process has been quick, and we are actually looking to move in Monday, May 23rd. If we could get the unit cleaned and ready before then that would be wonderful!
