Comment: The basement has an existing sump pump - when everything works exactly right it works fine. Every year or two something happens and there are issues - this year it is the drain got clogged and it overflowed (now fixed), and then the float wasn't positioned just right so the level of water was too high. <br /> <br />I would just like to have a reliable system which works for most circumstances.
