Comment: Hello, my name is Shawn Pecor. My wife and I own a home on 13 Finn Ave in Saint Albans, Vermont, and are trying to save money on heat. We have a newer gas furnace. I replaced the filter and put metal tape on most of the basement heat ducts to save heat, which has helped some, but the insulation is not very good. We loose 15 degrees in about 6 hours if we turn it off during the night.
