Comment: Hello, <br />I am diplomat with the U.S. Department of State living overseas, but own a house in Burlington that we are renting currently. We will be back in the house in July. The gargage needs a new door and the cement floor of the garage has sunk about 2 inches on about a 10 foot square area just under the door so it will not make a good seal. <br /> <br />I am interested in finding out if some one can repair the floor and put in a new garage door. The house is about 50 years old (althought the garage was added later. Double garage. Could it be done in July or would we have to get a permit for constuction in Burlington.
