Comment: Bought home in Dec 2011. Doing remodeling but the basement flooded thru a window well. Then we discovered the basement has been flooded numerous times in the past. Ripped out sheet rock in basement and found mold. Poured new basement expansion and the same day the expansion flooded from heavy rain with water standing for approx 3 wks on the floor. Now black mold on the walls .HELP!
